The Executive Formation

Halle Still

Who is Halle Still?

A passionate sports-loving salesperson from small-town Iowa. I was a 5-sport high school athlete who played both softball and cross country at the collegiate level. Having always had a love of sports and interest in sales – I tied the two together and began a career selling in the sports industry. I relocated to Dallas after graduating from Grand View University and launched my sales career at AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys. Since I progressed to Formation, a premium co-working concept developed by the Dallas Cowboys, located at The Star in Frisco, as Sales Consultant.

What is your passion in life?

I have a passion for serving and helping others grow, which fits my role at Formation perfectly. When I can make other people’s lives easier and create positive impact, I feel as though I’m doing what I was called to do. Formation has allowed me to improve the professional lives of people across a variety of industries and experience levels. Add that to the fact that it has long been my dream to work in the NFL and for my favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys? A winning combination.

For those who don’t know, what is Formation?

Formation is an exceptional collaborative workspace, designed to meet all one’s professional needs in an elevated work environment. Inspired by, and located steps from, the Dallas Cowboys World Headquarters, Formation offers private offices, dedicated and open workspace options for executives on-the-go, networking and professional development opportunities, and a variety of other business conveniences. Formation sits with a complex featuring over 30 restaurant and retail establishments at The Star District, making it a thriving place to work and play.

What does your role of Sales Consultant entail?

My role at Formation is to attract entrepreneurs and business-minded individuals to join its membership, allowing them to enjoy a work experience unlike any other. With an on-site barista, five well-appointed conference rooms, and a regular line up of events leveraging the expertise of the Dallas Cowboys front office, it’s something best experienced in person. The best of part of my role as Sales Consultant is the opportunity to help others experience how Formation can provide their business with a competitive edge.

What is the vision for Formation?

Formation is the unique business creation of the Jones Family, and was inspired by their using the interest in the Dallas Cowboys’ brand to help a variety of their non-football business endeavors grow and prosper. Through the creation of Formation, they have created that same opportunity for other entrepreneurs and executives to enjoy that ‘home field advantage’ so to speak with over 18,000 square feet of well-appointed workspace and thriving executive community.

More Momma!

Hi! I’m Meg!

Ask any mom the biggest obstacle when it comes to preparing meals for her family and the answer is almost always the same - lack of time. Culinary maven and founder of More Momma, Megan Dow, is on a mission to break down the common misconception that a healthy and delicious meal takes significant effort while inspiring the current and next generation of at-home cooks to have more confidence in the kitchen.

More than just recipes, meal plans and cookbooks, More Momma has taken her years of professional culinary experience and six-month culinary-school program in Florence, Italy and has developed her own curriculum which is designed to inspiring confidence in the kitchen at any age by teaching the core skills needed to feel comfortable in teh kitchen. The More Momma Cooking School is a 12-month, on-demand curriculum of virtual cooking classes. Delivering a mix of sweet and savory classes each month,  the classes are comparable to traditional culinary schools, but taught in a time efficient manner. Each class is led by professional chefs and takes less than 30 minutes to complete. Courses are now available for Adults, Kids, and Adult and Kid combo at www.MoreMomma.com

For Megan Dow, the addition of the cooking school to the More Momma line-up couldn’t have come at a better time.

“The biggest barrier that prevents people from cooking is a lack of time. Over the course of the last year, there was a resurgence in at-home cooking. These courses are designed to give you confidence to master cooking basics - no matter what your age. These are important skills that will enhance your life - most people consider themselves subpar cooks because they lack technique, and once they become aware of the proper way to approach cooking, they become excellent at home chefs.”

Launched during the height of the pandemic, the More Moma Cooking School offers a combination of on-demand savory and sweet classes monthly, with the kids school curriculum designed to correspond with the adult course to encourage shared time in the kitchen. Since its inception, the programs have seen hundreds of participants, with the most popular offering being the Kids school ($99 for 12-months worth of classes, including a branded apron and meal badges).

More Momma Cooking School is just one of the offerings that trained chef Megan Dow offers through her platform. For those that are interested in specific cooking elements, single courses are available (Sourdough, Pasta, Knife Skills, Chocolate, Freezer Meals and more), as well as delicious recipes, family meal plans, merchandise and more. Enrollment is ongoing for More Momma Cooking School, with year-long subscriptions starting at $99. For more information, or to sign up for the virtual cooking school, please visit www.MoreMomma.com

Jake Paul Offical After Fight Party

Presented by Celebrity Sports Entertainment

Putting critics to rest, in under a minute, former Youtuber now boxing star Jake Paul could only celebrate his now 3-0 wins by KO against former MMA world champion Ben Askren, in luxury and style in the ever so open and popular hotspot, Miami, FL.

To execute an Official After Fight Party at a private location with hours to spare and pandemic limitations, friend of Paul, boxer J’Leon Love, referred Mr. Michael Mak.

Mak, with his partners, President of Floyd Mayweather’s The Money Team, P-Reala, and the Miami Heat’s official DJ Irie introduced Celebrity Sports Entertainment last month on Star Island to celebrate Mayweather’s 44th Birthday bash.

Since the launch of CSE, word spread of Mak’s successful Miami party and latest red-carpet event(s) in LA, NY and FL with his sponsoring brand, Boom Cups. With a long list of past and present celebrity participants like Justin Bieber, Rob Gronkowski, Iggy Azaela, Snoop Dogg, Justina Valentine, Kyle Kuzma, Madison Beer, Nick Cannon, Terrell Owens, Tyga and many, many more, it was no test for Mak to put together an exclusive hit following Paul’s latest victory.

Boom Cups sponsors Maks’ events that benefit organizations like Teen Cancer America. He has partnered with renown companies like Monster Energy, iHeart Radio, The Money Team, Power 106, and Idol Roc Entertainment for his ever popular 50K Charity Challenge held at arenas like Pauley Pavilion at UCLA. Mak’s many celebrity basketball game successes and celebrity contributions work closely with his nonprofit project, D Up on Cancer. Working with high profile figures and the positive Media attention only furthered Michael to expand his businesses with Celebrity Sports Entertainment.

Jake Paul’s ‘The Official After Fight Party’ was held at the official Versace Mansion following Paul’s rapid right hand knockout to Askren. Mak’s Celebrity Sports Entertainment efficiently brought forth a red-carpet step and repeat with Boom Cups alongside Jacob’s Private Select CBD and Danica Rose Wines. Gettyimages documented the several celebrities in attendance like Logan Paul, Cuba Gooding Jr., Larsa Pippen, Brandon Marshall, Sommer Ray, and Jonathan Cheban.

Music for the after party spun by no other than DJ Irie and EDM artist DJ E-V. Mak set up a boxing ring inside the Versace Mansion venue with a 360 degree photo booth for attendees, along with multiple bars with Boom Cups set-up and liquors brought to you by another of Mak’s business ventures, 1-800- LIQUORS. Even Paul’s mascot, Problem Bot, made an appearance for influencers’ photo ops and Paul’s celebrity friends.

Mak presents CSE to major cities nationwide as his next big brand launch in hopes to continue to collaborate his existing businesses and the attention of celebrities/athletes for charitable causes, non profits and other A-List events.

Celebrity Sports Entertainment and ‘Big Daddy’ Rich Salgado, President of Coastal Advisors LLC, present the Celebrity Golf Classic hosted by Michael Strahan at Oheka Castle on Long Island, NY benefiting the Orthopaedic Foundation alongside Merging Vets and Players, and D Up on Cancer this June 28th & 29th, 2021.

The reality is there’s nothing rational about addiction - It’s not a choice, it’s a tragedy.”Through the pandemic, the practice’s telemedicine services have been increasingly popular with nationwide lockdowns limiting access to medical resources. Dr. Manriquez has also seen an increase in needed intensive outpatient programs. “We now have a pregnancy and postpartum specific intensive outpatient program directed by Dr Laura Stewart, a psychologist, that provides a minimum of 9 hours of treatment each week”. Currently the program provides both in person and virtual services.
