FREE standard shipping on domestic U.S. orders
TheAddisonSuite.com offers free ground shipping for all domestic U.S. orders. Taxes and other fees are excluded. Gift cards and eGift cards are exempt. Orders will be shipped standard ground transportation by FedEx Ground, UPS and/or USPS Priority Mail. Standard Ground Shipping transit times are usually 1-5 days.
Sales Tax:
Due to state laws, orders going to AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, IL, KS, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA and WI will include sales tax. Charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product in AL, CO, CT, GA, IL, KS, MI, NM, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX, VT, WA and WI and are therefore also taxed.
Shipment Timing:
Your order may ship in multiple packages at no cost to you as your items become available. Your credit card will only be charged for items that are shipped. Most in-stock orders ship within 2 business days. Overnight orders placed after 9:00am CST will ship the following business day. Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays are not considered business days.
Please note, ONLY IN STOCK items are available for 2 day and overnight shipping so please check your item's availability before selecting your shipping option.
RETURNS
FREE returns on domestic U.S. orders!
We are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS on all domestic U.S. orders. A link to print a free, pre-paid return label is located in your order's shipping confirmation email. Simply click on the included link and follow the instructions to complete your return. International customers are responsible for return freight to TheAddisonsuite.com in the United States.
Products purchased on TheAddisonsuite.com may be returned at any time, as long as the item is unused, accompanied by the packing slip, and not customized. Shoes ordered through our custom shoe configurator and other special make up shoes are manufactured on a no cancel, no return basis. WebGems, limited edition, seasonal and clearance styles may be returned; however, due to the limited production or availability of styles, they may not be able to be exchanged for the same product.
Returning Items by Mail:
All orders placed on TheAddisonSuite.com are shipped with a packing slip that includes a return form on the backside. On this return form, please complete all required fields, indicate the reason for your return and enclose it with the item in the original packaging. Address your package to:

International customers must mark the package "U.S. Goods Returned" in the description box on the airway bill when returning product. Customers are responsible for filing for refund of duties and taxes paid with their government agency.
Please allow 7-10 business days, once we have received your return, for processing your return.
Refund Policy:
All returns will be refunded using the original method of payment or merchandise credit.
Returning Items Purchased with PayPal:
PayPal purchases that are returned at an Allen Edmonds store location will only be eligible for store credit. To receive a credit to your PayPal account please return your item by mail to the address above. After a year, new and unused merchandise purchased using a PayPal account and returned will be refunded with merchandise credit only.
