Former Executive Leaves C-Suite Life to Help Others Find Identity and Purpose Through His New Book and Podcast “REGRET FREE”

Myron Mullins, a two-time author and former leader of multimillion-dollar enterprises, has launched a new mission focused on helping men—particularly former executives and high-achieving professionals—rediscover purpose, confront personal struggles, and build lives defined by faith, family, freedom, and intentionality.

His podcast, Regret Free with Myron Mullins, extends his mission beyond the stage and coaching room, creating a space for honest conversations about the experiences that shape our lives. The podcast features conversations with entrepreneurs, executives, faith leaders, authors, and individuals who have faced adversity and found ways to move forward.

For more than three decades, Mullins built and led businesses, developing 16 enterprises, leading diverse teams, and serving on corporate and organizational boards. His career provided him with firsthand experience navigating the pressures, responsibilities, expectations, and sacrifices that often accompany professional success. But behind the accomplishments was a deeply personal journey: In 2006, Mullins surrendered his life to faith, beginning a transformation that would eventually lead him to turn his experiences—both the victories and the failures—into a platform for mentoring, coaching, speaking, and storytelling.

His work addresses the often-overlooked challenges that can emerge after years of high-pressure leadership: isolation, addiction, loss of identity, regret, and the struggle to determine what comes next. Mullins' approach is shaped by more than 30 years of leadership and entrepreneurship, but also by his own experience confronting personal challenges. He openly shares his nearly 30-year struggle with addiction and the role that faith, honesty, accountability, and community played in his journey toward freedom. Rather than presenting himself as someone who has all the answers, Mullins uses his story to demonstrate that failure and adversity do not have to determine the rest of a person's life.

Among Mullins' initiatives is Fight Club Men, a program designed to help men confront addiction and other personal struggles in an environment built around honesty, accountability, faith, and brotherhood. The program is particularly relevant to men who have spent years operating in high-performance environments where vulnerability can be perceived as weakness and personal struggles are often hidden behind professional success. Mullins believes that men shouldn't have to fight those battles alone.

“Leadership can be a lonely and daunting assignment—transparency and vulnerability perceived as weakness and disqualifying. There is an amazing paradox that transcends these wrong beliefs that occur when people lay their insecurities aside for a greater life purpose that abides in each of us,” Mullins shares.
